What is Bar Chart?
A bar chart, sometimes called an OHLC bar chart, shows each period as a vertical line with two small ticks. The left tick marks the open and the right tick marks the close, while the top and bottom of the vertical line mark the high and the low. It holds the same four prices as a candlestick but in a thinner shape.
Why Bar Chart matters
Bar charts carry the same OHLC information as candles, so knowing both lets you read any platform.
