What is Risk Parameters?
Risk parameters are the full set of limits a prop firm puts on an account: the profit target, the drawdown and daily loss rules, the maximum position size, allowed instruments, and any consistency or news trading restrictions. Together they define exactly what a trader can and cannot do. Reading them in full is the only way to know what really fails an account.
Why Risk Parameters matters
They are the contract you are trading inside, so misreading one parameter is enough to lose an account or a fee.
